Empire9 is founded and run by Ben Todd in Melbourne. When you work with us, you work directly with the person building your systems. Not a sales team, and not a help desk. When something needs changing, you are talking to the person who built it.
That is deliberate. It keeps the work hands-on and the firm small enough to get every build right, instead of chasing scale for its own sake.
